The H. N. White Retail Store opened in 1909. but truth be told from the very early days Mr. White was selling new and used instruments no matter where the factory was. In very early pictures, the "store" was right next to H. N. White's desk and anyone could talk directly to him. More to come on who ran the retail store and why they were important. The store remained open until the factory moved to Eastlake in 1967.
